Community Safety Reminder – Warmer Weather

As the warmer weather arrives, we know many residents will be enjoying fresh air and sunshine by leaving windows and doors open. Unfortunately, this can also create opportunities for opportunistic intruders.

We ask everyone to please stay security‑minded:

Always lock doors and accessible windows when leaving a room, garden, or your home.
Be mindful of ground‑floor windows, especially at the rear of properties.
Secure keys, wallets, and mobile phones out of sight.
Consider using window restrictors, door chains, or alarms where possible.
Look out for your neighbours and report anything suspicious.
A few simple precautions can make a big difference in keeping your home and community safe. If you see any suspicious behaviour, please report it promptly.
