Uninvited guests

To all residents residing in flats, 

We have noticed an increase footfall within flat blocks within the Foleshill area in which there are many uninvited guests loitering in the communal area. 

We are eager to crack down on unwanted guests loitering/sleeping in communal areas who have no right to be on the premises and have not been invited by occupants at the location. 

I urge anyone who is being affected by such behaviour to report this to police so we can take action and prevent this from happening in your residences.
