Vehicle seized by Lansbury SNT

While out on joint patrol with our colleagues from Limehouse SNT we came across a moped which was shown as SORN (Statutory Off Road Notification) being driven on East India Dock Road E14. The rider was stopped and the Moped seized. The rider was processed for having no valid CBT.
