Ward Update

Good afternoon White Hart Lane,

Just an update on what your local policing team has been up to around the ward within the past few weeks.

We are joined by another PC covering the Woodside area with whom we work collaboratively, increasing our numbers on our two busy wards.

One day this month we were supported by a number of volunteer Special Constables, providing foot patrols and advertising the Met Engage service. We have also been providing reassurance patrols around the borough.

You may have seen increased police presence in the area of Tower Gardens Park. This is following my arrest of a male on suspicion of possession of a machete and a quantity of drugs following a short chase in the park last week.

We will be out and about on the ward as much as we can over the next few days, showing presence and answering your calls for service. Please feel free to say hello if you see us.
