Do you have information? Burglary at Elsworth shop

Dear Resident,

We are appealing for information following a burglary at Elsworth Community Shop.

The break-in happened just before 1am today (23 April), when three men forced entry to the premises, in Broad End, using sledgehammers.

A safe containing cash was stolen, along with food and drink items from the shop. No arrests have been made and an investigation is ongoing.

Anyone who witnessed the incident, saw suspicious activity around the time, or has dashcam or CCTV footage is urged to contact us online or via 101. Please quote reference 35/29731/26.
