Day of Action by Parsloes and Alibon Wards |

Dear resident,
On Tuesday 21 April, officers from Parsloes and Alibon wards conducted a day of action, providing high visibility patrols around Millard Terrace & Dagenham Heathway.
Conducting weapon sweeps in the car park of a supermarket, rear service roads of Reede Road and Church Elm Lane. Assisting shops with customers causing Anti-Social Behaviour.
Officers assisted with a traffic collision, involving an E-bike and a pedestrian on Heathway, Dagenham. Officers provided first aid to the injured party and they were taken to hospital.
Officers conducted 4 stop and searches, where 3 of those searched were positive results with drugs possession. Three individuals were dealt with for possession of drugs, two of the individuals received a community resolution for drugs and 1 individual received a £90 fine.
Neighbourhood Policing Teams have also provided re-assurance visit to a faith venue.
Parsloes and Alibon officers had a Multi-Agency Community Stand at The Mall, where they gave out personal safety, crime prevention advice, to customers, businesses and commuters. They also did a spontaneous Walk and Talk with commuters, school students on Dagenham Heathway, promoting Met Engage, ensuring that residents of different areas of the Metropolitan Police would be able to obtain local news by their own wards.
