Abingdon Crime Reduction Event

The Abingdon Neighbourhood Team spent today in Sutton Courtenay for a Crime Reduction Event, following recent reports of thefts from vehicles and vehicle interference.

It was great to meet so many residents, chat about local concerns, and share practical advice to help keep our community safe.

While the event was taking place, officers also worked behind the scenes to identify a suspect linked to recent incidents.

The individual was arrested and is currently on bail while further enquiries continue.
