Appointment of New Additional Neighbourhood Police Officer for the Wincheap Ward

Hello,

My name is PC Dom Beer, and I am one of the dedicated Neighbourhood (Beat) Officers for this ward.

I have recently joined the ward team and will be working closely alongside PC Jake Angell, who has already been policing the area and will continue to do so. Together, we form your local neighbourhood policing team, working in partnership with the community to listen to concerns, address local issues, and provide visible reassurance.

I have worked for Kent Police for nearly nine years and bring with me a broad range of experience, which I hope will be valuable in supporting the work we do locally and helping to address issues that matter most to residents.

Our focus will be on neighbourhood priorities such as anti‑social behaviour, local crime concerns, and reassurance patrols, as well as engaging with residents and local partners to help keep the area safe.
