Foot patrol (20/04/2026)

Yesterday afternoon, Rick was joined by Sam (Heath SNT) for after-school and 'homecoming' patrols, with Central Park featuring (5.86 miles).

Arriving in Central Park (4.30pm), via Fels Field, to deter opportunities for robbery, Rush Green's Legon, Horace and Philip Avenues were all covered.

Harveys Lane and all of Parish Fields (5.40pm), including Lupin Close (5.53pm, p), Fuchsia Close (6.03pm) and a quick kickabout with some younger residents, were next. Great Cullings, Eastbrook Drive and Valentines Way (6.27pm, p) were also patrolled before visiting the Eastbrookend Country Park.

The team's self-styled ‘homecoming’ patrols are aimed at being out and about at a time most residents are returning home. This maximises our presence, while also giving you the opportunity to say hello.
