Healthy Lifestyle workshop

Whitechapel PCSO Kassam and PCSO Islam were present at the healthy lifestyle community program held at the Tower Hamlets Town Hall, Whitechapel Road.

We engaged with the local residents and users of the Town Hall, and we discussed healthy living and lifestyle with Trish and the other volunteers and how important it is for people to be moving , being active and eating good.
