Joint Partnership Work - Police, Bolton Council / BeOneHomes

Good evening residents,

We would like to update you on some positive partnership work that has taken place between Bolton One Homes, the local council, and your Neighbourhood Policing Team.

Over recent months, a number of concerns were reported regarding a property on Langthorne Walk, which was identified as having an ongoing negative impact on the wider community. Following consistent reports from residents and joint working with our partners, an application was submitted to the court and granted with immediate effect.

This level of escalation and intervention was deemed necessary and proportionate to address the incidents linked to the address and to safeguard the local community.

This outcome has been achieved as a direct result of persistent and consistent reporting from residents, proactive policing, and strong partnership working. The police would like to formally thank residents for their bravery and confidence in coming forward — your information genuinely makes a difference.
