CCTV request

I am writing to formally request access to any CCTV footage in relation to an incident that occurred over the weekend in Penrhiwceiber/ Cynon Taff Trail involving the reported taking of a dog. 

The incident is believed to have taken place on 12:00pm 18/4/26. we would be grateful if you could review any relevant footage covering this period and location.
