Dear Residents;
On 16th April 2025 at around 1700hrs officers from GMP Bolton North discovered a Stolen Blue Ford Transit Van, parked on Yewdale Avenue close to Stockdale Grove, Breightmet. We believe the vehicle was parked up at the location earlier in the day. However it may have been parked her previously.
The vehicle was stolen several weeks earlier from the Crompton area of Bolton.

When discovered the vehicle was unattended,. We are appealing for further information regarding this theft / vehicle.
Did you see anyone leaving the vehicle? Did you see anything suspicious regarding this vehicle?
Do you have any dashcam footage or CCTV footage that may captures the vehicle or anyone associated with it in the area around that the time?

Officers from the Neighbourhood Priority Crime Team, The Neighbourhood Policing Team and Forensic Crime Scene Investigators (CSI) are working hard to bring the offenders to justice and will be increasing activity and vigilance in the affected areas.
