Even short stops count — please lock doors, close windows and check handles.

👀 Remove valuables
Items left on display can attract thieves. Take bags, phones, sat navs and loose change with you.

🗝️ Protect your keys
Keep car keys away from doors and windows at home and consider using a signal‑blocking pouch.

🅿️ Park smart
Where possible, park in well‑lit areas or places covered by CCTV.

Most vehicle crime is opportunistic — these small actions really do make a difference.
