Weekly round-up from your local Neighbourhood Team

Good evening residents of Rowley,

Officers from the local neighbourhood team have been busy this end of 6, from progressing enquiries into new and ongoing investigations, taking reports from scheduled appointments, supporting the welfare of vulnerable persons, developing intel, conducting patrols in high crime areas, working with multi agency partners to improve the quality of life for the community as well as much more on the neighboring wards.

As the DNO for the area, I'm currently office bound due to an injury but eager to return to patrols soon, I am keeping myself busy supporting colleagues with admin so that they can get out and deliver a quality service, I thank the team for their support during this time as they have been keeping me in the loop with what's coming in.

From next set, some officer's will be beginning training under the neighbourhood policing programme to develop our skill set and the service we provide to the community.

This may mean some of the days you may not see the local bobby out and about but rest assured the training is a short abstraction in which we will be eager to return to Rowley and tackle the issues that come to our attention.
