Suspicious Circumstances: Can you help?

We are appealing to the Leigh community(and nearby communities) for information following suspicious activity outside a home on Brockamin Road

The suspicious activity took place between 16:00pm to 18:00pm on Wednesday 8th April whereby a male has been captured on CCTV walking around an address and leaving the area in an unknown vehicle.
