Three teenagers charged for antisocial behaviour in Lowestoft

Three teenagers have been charged in relation to antisocial behaviour in Lowestoft town centre.

The charges follow a series of reported antisocial activity in recent months involving groups of youths.

Details are as follows:

A 16-year-old girl from Lowestoft has been charged with:

using threatening/abusive/insulting words to cause harassment/alarm/distress

harassment without violence

criminal damage

two counts of failing to comply with a section 34/35 dispersal requirement

12 counts of failing to comply with a community protection notice

A 16-year-old boy from Lowestoft has been charged with:

using threatening/abusive/insulting words to cause harassment/alarm/distress

A 14-year-old boy from Lowestoft has been charged with:

possession of an offensive weapon in a public place

harassment without violence

criminal damage

They have all been bailed with conditions and are due to appear at Norwich Youth Court on Thursday 14 May.
