Door to Door scam

Good Morning, 

A report has been made in the Billingham East area, of a scam where by a person is going door to door trying to engage with residents regarding gas and Electric.

The scam appears to be to get residents to sign up and give bank details.

If anyone has persons knocking on door stating they are a third party of an energy company, please do not engage and contact Police immediately.
