Criminal Behaviour Order granted for prolific offender

Dear resident,

Following work carried out over recent months by colleagues on the Marylebone & Hyde Park Neighbourhood Policing teams, a prolific offender has been issued a Criminal Behaviour Order by Westminster Magistrate's Court.

PC Thomas ensured that a Criminal Behaviour Order Application was submitted prior to her court hearing - after gathering statements and evidence from affected businesses and stakeholders.

As a result Sadie Tomlinson has been given a Criminal Behaviour Order lasting five years.

Tomlinson had been responsible for the theft approximately £11,400 of goods from shops across Westminster before she was caught.

The following conditions which will last until April 2031, will be electronically monitored via tag for two years.

We will continue to use every lever to ensure offenders that are having the most detrimental effect on our communities are brought to justice.
