De Beauvoir SNT - Update

The De Beauvoir Safer Neighbourhood Team has been conducting regular joint patrols in partnership with the housing manager responsible for Grand Union House, Brickfield House, and Georgian House. These patrols have been put in place in response to reports and ongoing concerns relating to antisocial behaviour within and around the identified residential blocks.

The joint approach aims to provide high-visibility reassurance patrols, identify individuals linked to ASB, and address environmental and tenancy-related issues contributing to the behaviour. Working closely with the housing manager allows for information sharing, early identification of repeat locations and offenders, and consideration of enforcement or tenancy interventions where appropriate.

During these patrols, officers engage with residents, assess communal areas, and monitor known hotspots to deter further incidents and improve overall safety and confidence within the community. The Safer Neighbourhood Team will continue to work collaboratively with housing partners to tackle ASB, prevent escalation, and ensure sustained improvements for residents living in the area.
