Just another reminder regarding the laws on e scooters further to another youth being issued with a Section 59 warning notice in North Cornelly for illegal and Anti Social use.

Electric scooters are growing in popularity but there is a lot of confusion around where they can be used.

E Scooters are illegal to be used on any public roads, pavements or footpaths.   They can only be used legally on private land with the landowners permission.

If you use an E Scooter or have a child who is in possession of one, please adhere to the above. We would like to prevent any serious incidents from happening.
