Stolen Vehicle Seized

Hello everyone,

We just wanted to take a moment to share some of the good work done by local officers.

We know there’s often a lot of negative news around the police, so we wanted to share some positive news. Recently, officers successfully located and recovered a stolen vehicle, helping return it to its rightful owner. It’s a small reminder of the everyday work done to keep our community safe.

Please find below the stolen vehicle being recovered and taken to an impound for the owner to eventually pick up.

I also want to take this moment to encourage residents to report any suspicious vehicles they come across. To clarify: if you have a car park near you, or a quiet street out the way, and you do not recognise it and feel it may be suspicious, there's no harm in calling 101 and having police come down and have a look. Better to be safe than sorry!
