Suspicious male - Oxford Gardens and Victoria Terrace, Stafford.

Staffordshire Police have received reports of a suspicious male on Victoria Terrace and the Oxford Gardens area. 

Male was seen on Victoria Terrace attempting to take a parcel from a doorstep on the 10th April 2026 at 17:59, he was disturbed by the occupant. 

It is believed the same male has also been seen on 10th April 2026 at 12:10 in the Oxford Gardens, Fonthil Road and Charnley Road area looking up driveways and looking through a skip. 

Description - White male, wearing grey shorts, black and red trainers, black socks, red puffy coat with black on the top back/shoulders and red hood which was up. Black Adidas Rucksack on back and a lidl bag for like on the handlebars of bike. The same male was also seen with a black hooded jumper with the hood up. Male is riding a black mountain bike with lime green front mudguard.
