Appeal for information following attempted burglary at Hardwick Drive, Maidenhead |

Resident Last night 9th April at approximately 9.40p.m. an attempted burglary happened at Hardwick Drive, off Rutland Road, Maidenhead. If you have any information which may assist the investigation please email PCSO C9381 Jason Miller via jason.miller@thamesvalley.police.uk quoting information is linked to crime occurrence ref: 43260174071 It's likely the suspect entered other residential gardens in the area, there was also an attempt made to steal a bicycle at Rutland Road, near the above address and these offences may be linked. If you have any CCTV or doorbell footage of anyone acting suspiciously or on your property where he may have been trying other doors at or around a similar time, please let us know via the above email address or by reporting via 101 non - emergency number.
Please make sure to lock your doors, secure any sheds and garages etc. If you have expensive bicycle's make sure these are locked up and secure - even within a locked area.
During a separate offence overnight and nearby, a valuable bicycle was stolen from All Saints Avenue, Maidenhead - details below Mountain bike Make ORANGE Model CRUSH 29 PRO - Colour BRIGHT BLUE, if you see this bike which is quite distinctive please report to police via 101 quoting reference number ; 43260173333 has it turned up at someone's address near where you live|? or have you seen someone riding this bike since yesterday? or perhaps seen it for sale online? we do have serial numbers!
Please consider installing CCTV or doorbell camera which are usually vital in many investigations.
