Vulnerable Residents

This afternoon a vigilant resident alerted Chelsea Safer Neighbourhood Officers with a concern for a neighbour who had not been seen recently at their address on the Worlds End Estate. 

Officers attended the address and talked to neighbours in the area. London Ambulance Service took the resident to hospital to get the care they desperately needed.

It is through reporting concerns that situations don't escalate. Never assume someone must have called it in to us. It's better we have half a dozen people raise the alarm than none at all.

Thanks to residents in the community as the situation had a good outcome.
