Suspicious Circumstances - Exeter Drive - 9th April 2026

Good morning Resident,

We are appealing for information following a report of suspicious circumstances on Exeter Drive yesterday, 9 April 2026, at approximately 4:35am.

CCTV shows a male being dropped off by a dark blue vehicle (no further description or make/model available).
The male is described as wearing dark grey clothing, including a hooded top, with the back of the hoodie possibly being two‑tone. He appears to be holding a newspaper, which may have been used to conceal an item in his hand.

The male was then from the CCTV seen walking onto several driveways on Exeter Close.

Given the recent burglary in the middle section of the estate on 4 April, and further evidence suggesting the offender was also active at the top end of the estate, we believe this individual may have been on other streets on the estate.

If you live in or around Exeter Drive and have CCTV or a video doorbell, please review your footage from before and after 4:35am on 9th April.
