🚓 Neighbourhood Policing Update 🚓

On Thursday 9th April 2026, your local neighbourhood policing team carried out targeted, proactive patrols in the Longfield Road and Longfellow Road area after concerns were raised by residents about the use and supply of nitrous oxide.

Thanks to this information, officers were able to quickly identify and check a suspicious vehicle. Searches uncovered:

✅ Immediate action was taken — all illegal items were seized, along with the vehicle itself. Further enquiries then revealed that the vehicle is suspected to be stolen and was displaying cloned registration plates, meaning another criminal vehicle has now been taken off our roads.
