Politically Motivated Fly-Posting and Graffiti |
||
|
We have noticed across Plymouth that there has been an exponential increase in graffiti and fly-posting (stickering) on public property, with messages and symbolism displaying support or opposition of different political ideologies.
Whilst freedom of speech is a universal human right, fly-posting and graffiti is anti social and can blight neighbourhoods, including the potential to cause damage upon removal.
We encourage all residents to report any graffiti or fly-posting on public property to Plymouth City Council using the form(s) below:
https://www.plymouth.gov.uk/flyposting https://www.plymouth.gov.uk/graffiti
If you see any individuals causing damage to public or private property by means of fly-posting or graffiti, please report this to the police using our 101 form giving a detailed description including the time, date, location and description of the offender.
