Good afternoon,

Over the Easter period your local Safer Neighbourhood Team Officers have made numerous arrests. This includes our ward priorities Violence Against Women and Girls. These arrests include:

A male driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol who then refused to provide any samples in custody so will be going to Court soon

A male assaulting a woman in a licensed venue who has been charged with two assaults, so will also be attending Court in the near future

A Child Sex Offender who remains in custody assisting us with our enquiries

A High Risk Stalker also still in custody assisting us with our enquiries

In total 5 arrests have been made by your Local Safer Neighbourhood Team and we will continue to make arrests to keep the community safe.
