I wanted to provide an update regarding Violence against women and girls, which members around this area have highlighted as an issue of concern on the Met Engage priority survey. The Wanstead Park Safer Neighbourhood team held a Violence against Women and Girls (VAWG) stall outside Wanstead Station. Through engaging with many local residents, we were able to raise awareness about VAWG issues in the local area.
Our next event is Cuppa with a Coppa at the Costa Coffee on High Street, Wanstead on 10/04/26 between 10:00-10:30.
