Attempt burglary - St Albans Ave

Dear Resident,

We have received a report of an attempted burglary on St Albans Avenue (middle section). 

This incident occurred on 04/04/26 at approximately 04:54 hours.

The offender entered the garden through a closed but unlocked gate and attempted to gain access to the property via the rear patio doors. No damage was caused, and entry was not gained.

We currently have several lines of enquiry to follow up on and will provide further updates as soon as we are able.

It is possible that this offender has committed additional offences that have not yet been reported. If you have CCTV covering this area, we kindly ask that you review your footage to check whether this male has been captured or if any further crimes have taken place.

The offender is a white male, approximately early 20's, wearing black trainers, dark trousers with a light stripe at the top of the trousers, a black jacket with a lighter coloured hooded top underneath.
