Keeping your teams safe is a priority for us. Here’s how we can work together to prevent crime and respond effectively when it does occur. ✅ Protecting Your BusinessWe’re seeing offenders target: Please encourage your teams to: ✅ Staff Safety Comes FirstUnfortunately, we’ve also had reports of verbal threats, intimidation, and physical assaults against employees. If your staff feel unsafe at any time: Assaults on shop workers are taken extremely seriously, and we will respond robustly. ✅ Reporting CrimePlease report all incidents directly to the police: 📞 999 – If a crime is in progress, violence is threatened, or someone is in immediate danger The more information you provide, the better we can target patrols, identify offenders, and support your staff. ✅ Your Internal Policies Still ApplyIf an incident involves employee theft or staff misconduct, please continue to: We work alongside your business processes, not instead of them. ✅ We’re Here to Support YouOur officers, PCSOs, and plain‑clothes teams are carrying out focused patrols across business districts.
