Dear resident,

I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude for your prompt response regarding the concerns related to the dogs. 

I am once again seeking your help with a different matter that has recently come to my attention. 

Between the dates of April 1, 2026, and April 3, 2026, two males, dressed entirely in black and wearing balaclavas, have been seen prowling around Lisvane during the late night and early morning hours, specifically between 11:00 PM and 4:30 AM. 

Their presence has been noted on Cardinal Drive and Millrace Close, and there is a strong possibility that they may have ventured into other areas of Lisvane as well.

Considering this situation, I would kindly ask if you could check any CCTV or doorbell camera footage you may have from those specific dates and times. 

If you happen to capture any relevant images or videos, I would greatly appreciate it if you could email the footage to me or respond to this message directly.

I will be in Lisvane today conducting further inquiries, and I look forward to any information you may have that could assist in this matter.
