Section 35 dispersal order

Good morning residents. 

For your information, a Section 35 dispersal order has been granted from 1200pm on Friday 3rd April 2026 lasting until 0100am on Sunday 05th April 2026. This is to tackle any high level of ASB around Harrods Knightsbridge, Covers the area shown enclosed by: Serpentine Road; Park Lane; Duke of Wellington Place; Grosvenor Place; Grosvenor Gardens; Buckingham Palace Road; Pimlico Road; Royal Hospital Road; Franklins Row; Cheltenham Terrace; Kings Road; Anderson Street; Sloane Avenue; Pelham Street; Cromwell Place; Cromwell Road; Exhibition Road; and West Carriage Drive

 A Section 35 sets out a dispersal zone where officers can move people on from an area if they’re acting in an anti-social manner. Under Sec 35 of the Anti-social Behaviour, Crime & Policing Act 2014, officers have powers to disperse those causing ASB from the area for a specified period of time.
