We’d like to let you know how you can control who sends you messages through the Alert system.

Information Providers

These are the organisations you choose to receive messages from. They can also see your details on the membership database.
The organisations you can choose from may vary by area, but usually include:

Neighbourhood Watch

Police

Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner

Get Safe Online

Action Fraud

Fire and Rescue Service

Local Authority

Trading Standards

We recommend selecting all of them so you receive helpful updates about crime prevention and community safety.

Important: If you remove Neighbourhood Watch

If you deselect Neighbourhood Watch, you will no longer be a registered member. This means:

You won’t receive Neighbourhood Watch updates

You’ll lose member benefits

Your local and national teams won’t be able to contact you

You won’t be recognised as a Coordinator or have a scheme approved

How to change your settings

Go to Information Providers

Click the pencil icon

Tick or untick the boxes (click “More info” if needed)

Click SAVE at the bottom
