Op Scarletfox

Three men have been arrested after we recovered Class A drugs from Tipton.  

Officers on patrol as part of our Op Scarletfox activity in Tipton, spotted two suspicious vehicles yesterday evening.

The vehicles were stopped on Denbigh Road and were searched.

Inside we found a large quantity of Class A drugs.

Three men, aged 18, 19 and 33 were arrested on suspicion of possession with intent to supply Class A drugs.

They have been bailed pending further enquiries.

We are disrupting criminal networks, increasing patrols and encouraging the community to report information to help tackle gang activity in Tipton and the surrounding areas. This work is known as Op Scarletfox, making Tipton a safer place to live and work.
