Closure orders Executed at 6 Grosvenor Park SE50NU

The Camberwell Green safer Neighbour Team assisted Southwark Council in executing three closure orders at a Sheltered housing unit at 6 Grosvenor Park SE50NU. The order was necessary in order to prevent one of the tenants from further exploiting the other vulnerable tenants at the Sheltered housing unit.

A full Closure order was granted for flat 24, 6 Grosvenor Park SE50NU which expires on 29th June 2026. This prohibits anyone from entering or remaining in the address, including the tenant/suspect. 

A Partial Closure order was granted for flat 1 and flat 27, 6 Grosvenor Park SE50NU which expires on 29th June 2026. This prohibits any unlawful visitors to enter the addresses to prevent further exploitation.
