PCSO Monthly Ward Update  

Welcome to your March 2026 Updates. 

This month has been busier than the last. We have had more reports of anti-social behaviour around Old London Road, Mackie Park and issues with groups of youths behind the back of Braeside motors.  

We have increased our patrols and have been frequenting these areas daily. We have identified most of the group and working with partner agencies to support these individuals.  

If you happen to see anything in the area, please do not hesitate to call on 101 to report it.  

Crime statistics for the month:  

Vehicle Crime: 0 

Burglary: 3 

09/03: Denton Drive: Attempted burglary  

06/03: Tansations: Broken into and smashed window 

03/03: Carden Avenue: attempted burglary  

Criminal damage: 6 

27/03: Windmill View: window damage 

17/03-Patcham Place: Bike set on fire 

17/03: Tansations: Front window smashed  

17/03: Norwood Flats: car window smashed  

16/03: Carden Avenue: youths throwing items at cars 

01/03: Patchdean: Damaged motor vehicle  

Our Priorities for the ongoing months will continue to be 

We will continue to increase patrols and offer reassurance when we can. 

Community Meetings:  

Our next community meeting will be held at The Old Boat Community Centre on Tuesday 14th April . This will take place at 2pm. Councillor Anne Meadows will also be in attendance.
