I am writing this message to a radius of 1km of the area. 

During today’s beat surgery we were given some discarded catering sized Nitrous Oxide canisters, we were also given information about several more having been abandoned in a field in your area. Nitrous Oxide gas is most often used in food production however it is also used to get a “high” and can have some very dangerous side-effects.
