LOCAL TRAFFIC OPERATION

On Friday 27th March, officers from Ashford CSU, including myself, conducted speed checks in Challock and Chilham.

During the operation, a number of motorists were spoken to and given words of advice regarding their speed. 

A small number of TORs were issued for excessive speeding, and one vehicle owner was dealt with for having illegally tinted windows.

We will continue to carry out speed checks in other areas when resources allow, to help keep our roads safe for all.
