Good morning Members, Further night time patrols have been carried out around Castle Donington yesterday evening by members of the Valley Beat Team.
While our beat team’s working hours are limited, the moment we finish duty our colleagues in Response and Roads Policing step in—proactively patrolling crime hot spots right across the area.
Focused, targeted patrols combined with simple crime‑prevention measures really do make a difference. We’re asking residents to take a few easy steps to help protect themselves and their property:
Lock your vehicles and homes Keep valuables out of sight Use timer switches for lights Consider installing external PIR sensor lighting Look into good-quality CCTV and/or an alarm systemPlease help us to help you.
