Community Alert from PCSO

We would like to make residents aware of reports regarding individuals collecting donation in the area of Angel station without the required licence and behaving in an intimidating manner towards members of the public.

Please remember:

Legimate street collectors must carry a valid collection licence issued by the local authority.

They should be willing to show this licence if asked

You are not obligated to donate.

If you are approached and feel uncomfortable:

Do not engage if the person becomes confrontational

Move to a safe place and report the incident

If you feel threatened, call 999 immediately
