Anti-Social Behaviour in Halton

Your Neighbourhood Policing Team are aware of recent Facebook posts regarding a small group of youths who have been causing Anti-Social Behaviour in the Halton area.

On the 25/03/2026 police have been made aware of two incidents where youths have been throwing stones at residential windows. The youths have waited for the residents to come and challenge them prior to running away.

One of these incidents resulted in the glass window being smashed and as a result we are investigating this as criminal damage. The other incident has been recorded as ASB/nuisance, but if these victims are repeatedly targeted this could escalate to harassment.

At the moment police are checking CCTV to see if the youths can be identified, and further enquiries are being conducted.
