Dear Resident,
Between 10:37am on 26/03/2026, an attempted break‑in occurred at a property in the above area.
Unknown suspects attempted to gain entry via the rear door. The door’s barrel lock was damaged, but no entry was gained, and nothing was taken.
Please consider the following crime‑prevention advice: Check that all doors and windows are locked, especially rear entrances. Consider upgrading door barrel locks to anti‑snap/anti‑bump standards (e.g. TS007 3‑star). Ensure gardens and rear access areas are well‑lit and secure. Report any suspicious activity, vehicles, or individuals in the area. If you have CCTV, Ring Doorbell or dash‑cam footage between 10:00–11:00 on 26/03/2026, please review it and contact us if you see anything suspicious, via 101, online reporting, or 999 in an emergency.
