E-Bikes: dangerous and anti-social ridding

We are currently dealing with reports to the Chalford Parish Council of e-bikes being used anti-socially and dangerously in the Chalford and Bussage area. 

These bikes have been seen on Tanglewood Way, The Old Neighbourhood, The Old Common, Oakridge Lynch and various other places including a field that backs onto The Old Neighbourhood. 

Description: young males, sometimes wearing helmets, sometimes not. E-bikes with no registration or lights on. 

At current, police have only received 1 report since the beginning of March. In order to analyses the movements of these e-bikes and take appropriate action, we need members of the community to report any sightings of these e-bikes being ridden in a dangerous manner to police. 999 for emergencies, 101 or the website for non-emergencies.
