Dear Resident
We have recently seen a rise in reported vehicle thefts across Stratford upon Avon, specifically one in both Bridge Town and Tiddington, as well as a vehicle Interference in Bishopton. While there is no cause for alarm, we want to ensure residents are informed so they can take simple steps to keep their property safe. BridgeTown – Blue Toyota hybrid electric Tiddington – Blue Ford Fiesta
Our local teams have increased patrols in these areas, but we are asking the community to stay vigilant. Here is a few quick checks you can do.
Quick Security Tips: Double-Check the Click: Always verify your car is locked before walking away. Key Security: If you have a keyless entry vehicle, consider using a signal-blocking Faraday pouch to store your keys at night. Keep it Clear: Avoid leaving bags, electronics, or loose change in plain sight, as these can attract unwanted attention. Lighting: If you have a driveway, keeping it well-lit can be a great natural deterrent.
