We've got your application to start a Neighbourhood Watch scheme - next steps

Thank you for applying to start a Neighbourhood Watch scheme in your area – it’s great to see residents taking the lead to make their communities safer and more connected.  Our  names are Belinda and Anita and we are locally based volunteers known as  Membership Support Administrators (MSA for short) and it is our role to help you in your application journey with Neighbourhood Watch.  

As part of our approval process, we need to arrange a short chat with you before your scheme can be approved. This can be done in whichever way suits you best:

This conversation helps us support you properly, answer any questions you may have, and make sure everything is in place for your scheme to succeed.

Please note that we can’t approve your application until this chat has taken place. If we don’t hear from you within 14 days, unfortunately your application may be put on hold or closed.

If your application is approved, you’ll be able to invite neighbours to register, be officially registered as a scheme and be part of the Neighbourhood Watch family, and start making a real difference in your local community.
