Foot patrol (23/03/2026)

Today Rick and Lee were out at the Eastbrookend Country Park (p) before heading on to Rush Green for college-based ASB patrols (3.79 miles).

As well as attending the Eastbrookend Country Park Tea Room for an hour-long 'Cuppa With A Copper'-style contact point, the site that will be home for the intake of storks later this year was also visited with LBBD Ranger, Carol.

In Rush Green, Valentines Way and Harveys Lane (p), an ASB hotspot, were patrolled, followed by the Thorntons Farm Avenue alley (12.22pm) and the Fourth Avenue car port. The Dagenham Road flats (p) were also visited, before a return to Fourth Avenue (12.43pm).

Central Park and Fels Field saw coverage too.
