Attempted Non-Dwelling Burglary |

There has recently been an attempted burglary on Johnson Close, Lancaster. The attempt happened between approximately 19:30 and 20:00 on Friday 20th March. The offenders have tried to gain access to a bike shed in order to potentially steal a bike. They have been disturbed by the owner and have fled the scene. The offenders have been describe as being juveniles wearing all black, with hoodies.

Bicycle, e-bike and motorbike thefts are quite prevalent in Lancaster in recent times. If you have bicycles, e-bikes or motorbikes, please be extra vigilant and keep them locked inside your house or locked and secured in sheds/garages.
