One unknown youth has been captured on CCTV dressed all in black, Nike Tracksuit, Black face covering, wearing distinctive Black and white gloves.
Sunday’s incident was particularly menacing, as one of the youths decided to sit on a chair across from the property intimidating residents before targeting the properties. two other unknown youths were waiting in the underpass.
We urge parents to make contact if you recognise the person captured in this footage, as we do not want this to escalate. Is your child going out in a group dressed in clothing matching the footage? ask yourself where they are going, who are they with. And why are they going out with gloves and face coverings
